Gillingham’s attacking resources could be boosted by the arrival of a striker currently plying his trade at Non-League level.

Bradley Bubb is contracted to Aldershot, however he’s spent the season on loan with Woking and has banged in 20-goals and these haven’t gone unnoticed.

According to what Sky Sports “understood” at the tail end of last week the 24-year-old has had scouts from all over watching him, especially those from Charlton and the Championship club were meant to be “weighing up a move” for the Grenada international?

However, Gillingham have also been mentioned in connection with a move for the striker who will be out of contract this summer.

The step up from League Two/Non-League is more than possible, as it is to the Championship too, with plenty of players having done this previously. Bubb has been there or thereabouts for a few years it seems with countless clubs having “kept tabs” on him so The Gills could do a lot worse than bringing him in this summer?
